Andrea is a certified Flexologist and personal trainer with a strong background in anatomy, movement, and overall wellness. Her approach combines assisted stretching and mobility work, allowing her to effectively reduce tension, improve flexibility, and support long-term movement and recovery. She has experience working with a wide range of clients, from those dealing with chronic tightness and postural imbalances to active individuals looking to enhance performance and prevent injury.
Lauren Steadman, Massage Therapist
Lauren has been a licensed massage therapist since 2012, specializing in integrative massage. Her goal is to reduce muscle tension, improve mobility, and support overall health and well-being.
With experience working alongside rehabilitative and integrative healthcare professionals, Lauren understands how massage therapy can complement chiropractic care. She tailors each session to her clients’ individual needs, helping them feel and function at their best.
