Andrea Strickler, Stretch Therapist/Personal Trainer

Andrea is a certified Flexologist and personal trainer with a strong background in anatomy, movement, and overall wellness. Her approach combines assisted stretching and mobility work, allowing her to effectively reduce tension, improve flexibility, and support long-term movement and recovery. She has experience working with a wide range of clients, from those dealing with chronic tightness and postural imbalances to active individuals looking to enhance performance and prevent injury.

Alexandra Frederique, LMT/Personal Trainer

Alexandra is a Licensed Massage Therapist and certified personal trainer, with a strong background in anatomy, recovery, and overall wellness. Her approach combines medical massage, lymphatic drainage, and therapeutic techniques, allowing her to effectively reduce pain, improve mobility, and support long-term healing and performance. She has experience working with a wide range of clients, from those dealing with chronic tension and postural imbalances to active individuals looking to enhance recovery, optimize movement, and prevent injury.
